Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are our FAVORITE here at Sunny Creek Clay! You can either use our contact page to reach out to us about your custom inquiry, or email sunnycreekclay@gmail.com.
If it's a project we can take on, we will provide a quote and a 50% non-refundable deposit to be made.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Sunny Creek Clay is not offering international. This is something we hope to offer in the coming months!
What happens if my package is returned because of an incomplete/incorrect address?
If you realize that your item is set to go to an incorrect or incomplete address, please reach out to sunnycreekclay@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the item is received, we will re-ship your item with the correct address provided reshipment fees have been paid by you, the customer.
When will my package be sent? How long will it take to arrive?
At Sunny Creek Clay, it's our goal to get your itmes to you as soon as possible. During an earring launch, we anticipate turnaround times to be 5-10 business days, however, during off-peak hours, you can expect your items to ship within 5-7 business days depending on the shipping speed chosen at checkout. Please note that SCC cannot guarantee shipping timeframes, and this is an estimate only.
What happens if my item never arrived?
Sunny Creek Clay is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Regretably this is not something we can control and we advise you contact your local Post Office for further action. Having experienced this as a consumer many times here at SCC, in most cases it's somewhere in the vicinity (neighbors house, etc.).
Do you offer non-metal earring options?
For custom orders we have the option to use an acrylic non-metal earring post. Some of our earrings even have those posts on them already (as listed in their description). If you are in need of an acrylic post on an already existing pair of earrings, please reach out via our contact form and we will see if it's something we can change out for you. We believe life is too short to wear boring jewelry, so let us work with you to get you your perfect pair to wear!
Do you offer clip-on earrings?
At this time we do not offer clip-on earrings, however, this is something we hope to offer very soon!
Return/Cancellation Policy
All items are final sale.
If your items arrive broken or damaged, you must notify us within 5 calendar days from the date of arrival. Photos of the damaged items must be sent to sunnycreekclay@gmail.com. Once received, if we are unable to replace the earrings, a refund will be provided for the price of the earrings. Please note: we do not refund shipping costs.
You, the customer, are responsible for shipping fees
If for any reason your package is returned to SCC and needs to be re-sent for whatever the reason, you, the customer, are responsible to pay for any reshipment fees.
Our earrings here at Sunny Creek Clay are made by human hand.
With the exception of wood or metal charms and jewelry findings, all items at Sunny Creek Clay are made by hand by Kristin, owner and founder of Sunny Creek Clay. Each item is hand-crafted to give you one of a kind unique lightweight styles. With any human-made products, minor imperfections are impossible to avoid, and we strive to provide the highest quality items. Please note: we will not offer refunds for minor imperfections.
Once your box has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
If you discover shortly after placing your order that your mailing address is wrong, provided we have not shipped your package, please let us know and we will do our best to change your address with the shipping provider. You must promptly email sunnycreekclay@gmail.com with your name, order number, details of the issue (to include the incorrect address, and correct address).
